Fantasy artist Caron Vinson was born and raised in beautiful South Africa. She also has close ties to the UK, as her parents are originally from Wales. Caron lived in Wales for a short time as a child, where she was inspired by the abundance of old castles, beautiful mossy covered gravestones and ancient Celtic mythology.

Caron has lived in the United States for the past twenty-six years, where she and her family call South Carolina home.

Working in graphics for a very large company for eighteen years, Caron finally made the decision to follow her dream. Becoming a full time artist and working from home.
